The Heath Brothers Quartet

Saxophonist and National Endowment for the Arts Jazz Master Jimmy Heath’s 50-year career has included every leading jazz musician, from Dizzy Gillespie and Miles Davis to Wynton Marsalis. A distinguished composer and arranger, his music has been in the repertoire of Clark Terry, James Moody, Chet Baker, Dexter Gordon, and numerous others. His regular quartet includes his brother and co-leader, drummer Albert “Tootie” Heath, pianist Jeb Patton, and bassist David Wong, and this year they will be joined by alto-saxophonist Antonio Hart. Admission: Public-$10 per evening concert or $40 for a weeklong Jazz Pass. (Jazz Pass is on sale through Thursday July 12 by calling the Box Office. They are not available at the door). Seniors, WP Community & Non WP students-$10. WP Students may have 1 free ticket with valid ID on show night.
